		<description>Thank you, Sean, for this book recommendation.  I purchased the book after reading your review even before you personally recommended it.  It gives such good perspective about how even those of us who do not necessarily feel qualified to lead can still be called to do so AND find success in such a role.  

I was most inspired in my most challenging leadership role as a mom.</description>
