I also think the fact that it is almost constant uphill means it is easier on your knees.

About 2.5 miles in you run through the camp ground of the Highland games, so all those people are out yelling and screaming for you. You also get to run around 1/2 the track of the games which is cool…

I’d like to do one with my sister(s) one day. Great way to get back into the runs! As fun as that one sounds, I still think it’s better to stick to the trails. Better scenery and easier on the body.
